This has to have been the worst new car sales experience of my life. My sales man over promised and under delivered on 3 different promises he made. Waited 8 months for the truck that ended up not being the of my life. My sales man over promised and under delivered on 3 different promises he made. By the end of the sale the manager needed to step in which he then went above and beyond to make right but at that point the damage was done.
