I went for service and was recommended to come back at a later date for additional services. I scheduled and was advised the cost of the scheduled service would be about $150. I was advised the scheduled service would take about an hour. I came at my scheduled time and was waiting for 3+ hours and then charged $350. The service representative Brian did not explain the charges to me and said he gave me a deal. Meanwhile he kept saying “you were told the cost last week.” I was not told the cost would be $350, but if I had been told that I would have still scheduled and paid. The issue was about establishing correct customer expectations as not everyone can take an additional $200 hit. I felt rushed out of there the first time and again when I was asking questions about the cost. I requested that he applied the coupon presented and he wouldn’t. I ended up leaving after paying for the service but it really did not feel like the best experience. I keep trying to give Tynan’s the benefit of the doubt but I do hope to see better communication and more emphasis on customer experience. More
