$100 in labor to change a battery My wife took the car in to have the battery replaced and $260 and two days later it was ready. How a 2 minute job of switching out the battery took nearly an hour of labor is a mystery. Somehow, I doubt they would have tried to pull that on a man. More

Saw an inaccurate charge from Tynans The Express agent was able to get me to the supervisor Jason quickly. Jason was able to review all posted transactions and assist immediately. Refre The Express agent was able to get me to the supervisor Jason quickly. Jason was able to review all posted transactions and assist immediately. Refreshed my phone and the transaction readjusted. Jason reassured me if there is any error to call back or contact my bank. Great service. More

4000 dollars later still not fixed. First vehicle is still not fixed after two times being in there shop, I was charged in excess of 4000.00 (This figure includes interest I will have pa First vehicle is still not fixed after two times being in there shop, I was charged in excess of 4000.00 (This figure includes interest I will have paid on the credit card I put it on) . It was not leaking oil until I brought it into service center and had work performed the first time, that is why I brought it back the second time. Now I have to bring it back a third time. Customer service is horrible, put you on hold and never come back. Stay clear of this place for service. Service employees always standing around not doing anything when I go in there, waiting for someone else to answer the phone, then they tell me that they cant look at my vehicle til 3 days later. What do you have to do in this day to get good service? The bottom line is they stole money from me, criminal action. More

Excellence in vehicle buying Services I visited a Ford dealer as my spouse wanted to buy a Ford Escape, we drove one and it did not have very many safety features like the Nissan Rogue doe I visited a Ford dealer as my spouse wanted to buy a Ford Escape, we drove one and it did not have very many safety features like the Nissan Rogue does, and after they gave us an estimate for the 2013 Nissan Altima trade in we decided to go to the Nissan Dealer and hoping to find a Small SUV with some amenities but not loaded or too costly. We spent about 3-4 hours and found a nice Blue Rogue, which is the color my Spouse wanted and it had the upgrades we liked, lifting door, wheels, auto key start and so we decided to make the trade. My Spouse Mary love to drive it and it is a great vehicle complared to the Altima we had, height wise and ease of driving and Best thing is having all the safety features in front and sides, etc.... would be nice if there were a few more lights in the side of the doors when you open them but otherwise love it and did not get GPS as have it on cell phones.... we felt we got great service even thought we skipped a meal and did not realize there were snack available in the lobby/service waiting area.... thank you for helping us to the next stage of our lives with a great vehicle... We are both in our 70s and need that assistance to help us along. Jimbo Pehan More
