I have been going to HBNRH since 2006. It is the only place I will take or buy a car. I have known Jason in service all this time and he was superb. V is just as wonderful as Jason. Bruh, these guys don’t know a dang thing about customer service and lost a lifelong Honda family with their bumbling processes. We brought our CRV in for service. They told us that it needed a specific service and lost a lifelong Honda family with their bumbling processes. We brought our CRV in for service. They told us that it needed a specific part and was unsafe to drive without it. They told us that there was no way to give us a date estimate for the part to come in. A literal month goes by, and we never were provided even one update. We decided to call in and ask them to make us an offer on the car (which is in great condition otherwise and has been serviced by them for 5 years) - we need a car for the family and would like to remain in Honda. They lowball us 3K below Carmax offer. Goodbye Honda- we took car to another dealer(not a Honda) and they gave us 5k more than what this actual honda dealer offered… More
