We had quite a bit of trouble locating (and then procuring) a King Cab, 4WD, Frontier locally. We had two episodes of getting our hopes up, via the dealer trade option, but the transactions never ha procuring) a King Cab, 4WD, Frontier locally. We had two episodes of getting our hopes up, via the dealer trade option, but the transactions never happened with our local dealer. Karisa and Ed Martin Nissan were able to find the truck that we were looking for - and then making it happen. This Frontier is to replace one that we also bought at Ed Martin in 2012. That Frontier now has 253,00 miles on it - having only two minor repairs during all of those years and miles. More

I have never been treated better by any other dealership in all of my life. I have leased my last seven cars, so every 2 to 3 years I have been dealing with different car dealerships and this has been my be in all of my life. I have leased my last seven cars, so every 2 to 3 years I have been dealing with different car dealerships and this has been my best experience yet! From every aspect of the dealership and staff, I have been treated as if I were the queen! I went in and purchased the car on my own without my husband and was never pressured by the sales person or the finance manager to do something that did not fit my needs. They worked with me until we came up with a mutually agreed amount, and they gave me a wonderful deal on my trade-in. They have spent time with me, walking me through the dealership, introducing me to the service manager, and made sure I understood how to operate all of the features of my car more than once. Their communication with me has been tremendous, and I have never been made to feel more special by any other company than the staff of Ed Martin Shadeland has made me feel. I loved every one that helped me get into my beautiful new car and I feel confident they will continue this great service even after my purchase! I cannot say enough good about Ed Martin Shadeland! More
