The young man that sold us our car was very informative and did a great job! I bought a 2008 Subaru Impreza from their used inventory. I realize that buying a used car is a gamble, but given that they promised it passed a "rigorous inspection" I expected some level of professionalism I realize that buying a used car is a gamble, but given that they promised it passed a "rigorous inspection" I expected some level of professionalism. When I purchased the vehicle I was promised a loaner car by my salesman for when I brought it in for agreed maintenance in two days. They denied me the loaner, but instead offered a shuttle service and told me it would take just the morning to fix it and they would call. They never called, so I called in the evening and was told they forgot to order a part, and it would be another four days. A week later I went to use the second set of keys, only to discover they did not start the car. I called upset and they promised to resolve the issue. They fixed the keys, but in the process made the remote start I bought the car from them with inoperable. They then told me their was nothing they could do, and I would have to pay to bring it somewhere else. They broke my vehicle, then made me pay $60 to fix it somewhere else. Two weeks later, the check engine light came on. Long story short, it needs a new catalytic converter and manifold, which costs $1,300 from the shops that I have called. It is extremely upsetting, given that they had tore the engine block apart replacing the head gaskets, timing belt, and water pump before purchase and I was promised it passed a "rigorous inspection". I have had the car for a month and some change, and am at just below $2,000 in maintenance. On top of all this I emailed a service manger my issues over a week ago, and they couldn't even bother with a response. I will not be trusting them with my business ever again and suggest you don't either. More
