This was our first Toyota purchase and we were extremely pleased with the sales team, particularly Carmen Reyes. My wife had a specific color in mind that was not currently on their lot but that did not st pleased with the sales team, particularly Carmen Reyes. My salesperson Charlie was really nice. Not pushy but I was not certain for there were a few problems with the Rav 4, recalls. He had told me that the problems were taken care of.I took it for a second tes was not certain for there were a few problems with the Rav 4, recalls. I really liked it-inventory was very low but one car came in a few days later.I think I am going to be very happy with it. More
