My salesperson Charlie was really nice. Not pushy but I was not certain for there were a few problems with the Rav 4, recalls. He had told me that the problems were taken care of.I took it for a second tes was not certain for there were a few problems with the Rav 4, recalls. He had told me that the problems were taken care of.I took it for a second test drive on the highway. I really liked it-inventory was very low but one car came in a few days later.I think I am going to be very happy with it. More

Our salesperson "AV" was great. Friendly, attentive and helpful. However, though no fault of his own, we spent 3 1/2 hours in the dealership even though we had agreed on a car and price on the phone previ helpful. Love the 2020 Camry, but, too much pressure to take it the same day when we were not ready. Extra fee to use a credit card which we did not do, forced to use debit card.. Spent way too many hours there af the same day when we were not ready. Extra fee to use a credit card which we did not do, forced to use debit card.. Spent way too many hours there after test drive when only went to look and dealership wasn't crowded at all. When we picked up the car there were two scratches on doors, same exact place on driver and passenger front doors. We were advised to call service for touch up paint. Okay, but i felt someone there should have made the call to service for me and compensated me also in regards to the car. More
