After hearing about how amazing my friends experience was here at Huntington Toyota from the deal he got to the service they provided him and overall hospitality, I figured I would give them my business cons here at Huntington Toyota from the deal he got to the service they provided him and overall hospitality, I figured I would give them my business considering how well they treated him, and in return I expected the same treatment. Unfortunately I was very displeased with my experience. I ended up ordering a vehicle which took over 6 months to arrive due to COVID related reasons which was completely understandable. There was no control over that and I had no problem with waiting. However, my sales person rarely followed up with me and gave no updates. I was the one who had to reach out to him and there were multiple times where he would not answer me, not call me back and flat out tell me wrong information about the vehicle delivery date. The unprofessionalism baffled me after hearing how well my friends experience just was! When the car finally arrived, I met with his manager to seal the deal. I arrived at the dealer cash in hand ready to drive away that night, but instead I was there for 3 hours and wasn't even able to take the vehicle home. The dealership was unprepared for me to purchase the vehicle that night even though it had been 6 months in the making. Overall I am very disappointed with my experience. I see there are a numerous amount of 5 star reviews and I hope that people have a better experience than me, however I hate to say that my experience was not one of them. More

This car was fully loaded, and had "all the bells and whistles" as the saying goes. She was very professional and knowledgeable. Before and during the test drive, she explained in detailed all the features and I was sold! I didn't need or want to check any other car. The Rav4 Hybrid XSE is an amazingly great engineered vehicle. If you are thinking of purchasing a new ride, please ask to speak with Chelsie when you visit this dealer! More
