I bought my first brand new Jeep here back in 2012. I luv it. I just decided to upgrade to a 2020 Sahara which I adore. I wanted to have newer technology since I plan on leaving this car to my youngest son. it. I just decided to upgrade to a 2020 Sahara which I adore. I wanted to have newer technology since I plan on leaving this car to my youngest son. This dealership is the best. Excellent customer service all around, from the sales department to the service department. I’ve been to all the other Jeep dealerships and I wouldn’t trade this one for the world, mind you I have one a few minutes away. I will go the extra time just to come to the Bayside dealership instead. Turgo is an excellent salesman. I am a very demanding and picky customer but I must say that he met all my needs and expectations. Terry was also excellent in getting my finance and giving me detain information on my transaction along with answering all my questions and looking for the best deal for me. I must add that the service department is excellent specially my favorite advisor Jay. He is very professional and has always takes care of me in a prompt and professional manner. I thank Lance too since he helped for the final sale to go through. I recommend this dealership to everyone with my eyes closed. I have been to others but like I said before there is no comparison. More

Delivered on time.. I have dealt with this company when I had to fix of my sensors. It took there technicians three times of me bringing my car back and forth for this issue to be correctly fixed. Fast forward to two years a sensors. It took there technicians three times of me bringing my car back and forth for this issue to be correctly fixed. Fast forward to two years and the same issue happened again with a new car I’m leasing from them. The SRV/AWD light came on not once but three times after the car had been sent to be “Fixed” On Friday December 6 walked in to get the car that was fix for the second time and we turn on the car and the light turned right back on like nothing was fixed on the car. It basically was like they kept the car for four days didn’t even touch the car and handed me the car the same way it was drop off. Horrible service since they made us come in and then to our surprise car was still not fixed. Now they told us call on Saturday at 10am we call and they tell us that the car is not fixed and that first come first serve will be done first there will be no master technician on a Saturday and that to call Monday. Now I’m to call Monday to speak to the counter agent I spoke to find if the car is even going to be fix. I been out of a car for 6 days by Monday going to 7 and why this issue was addressed to a master technician when it was brought the second time. Don’t recommend this company and only reason I’m going back to them it’s because I have too because of the lease. Stay away from this place and their techs they are clueless and have horrible customer service skills. More

Failed my new Jeep I took my 2015 Jeep JK for routine oil change and yearly NYS Inspection. There was nothing wrong with my Jeep. No warning light, no check engine, noth I took my 2015 Jeep JK for routine oil change and yearly NYS Inspection. There was nothing wrong with my Jeep. No warning light, no check engine, nothing. Jeep runs perfectly fine. No reason for failure was in the Service receipt that was given to me by the rep. I didn’t find out till I saw the 10 day temp on the window which is unacceptable. The rep that I was dealing with was gone which I understand and I have no issue with the way he take care of me in the past. I was told by another rep that the mechanic said I have to put mileage on the vehicle and to bring it back in 10 days. That there wasn’t enough data on the vehicle computer. That only happens when battery is replaced or dies. I had no issues with the battery prior to dropping off the Jeep. I don’t even have 30,000 on it. Theres no reason for this other then the careless practice of handling the vehicle from the moment I gave the keys to them. Battery died and no data on the computer and now I have to make time again to get it inspected which it will pass with no issues. Truly not happen with the last visit. More

Bayside is not a wayside joint I really like the quality of service here. Although, I’m from Brooklyn the work expertise and no Grundy noise after a simple oil change is completely I really like the quality of service here.
