Bruce Kelley was my sales rep. He made my wife and I feel like we were part of the Ed Martin Nissan family. He was cordial and thoughtful while we were making our decisions. There He made my wife and I feel like we were part of the Ed Martin Nissan family. He was cordial and thoughtful while we were making our decisions. There was no pressure during the selection process. We told Bruce what we were interested in and he guided us along the way to a successful deal. Mark from the financing department made that portion of the transaction seem harmless and stress free. All the way from the selection of the vehicle to the signing of the documents to the handing over of the keys was a fabulous experience. This car was purchased for my wife as a birthday gift. Can’t wait for my birthday. Maybe she will return the favor. Great experience!!!!! More
