Responded to my request to replace a cracked window with due diligence; scheduled my repair appointment quickly and the date was timely. They also handled the coverage by the Subaru Equity Protection Plan due diligence; scheduled my repair appointment quickly and the date was timely. They also handled the coverage by the Subaru Equity Protection Plan completely so I did not have to pay any out-of-pocket expenses. Plus they provided a loaner car so I could do a few errands while our car was being repaired. Finally, they were able to completed the job within 1 day so I could pick up our car by the late afternoon. I was impressed by their efficiency and the new windshield appears to be expertly installed, with the onboard cameras securely attached and accurately adjusted. Kudos to the staff who serviced our car and to the service/accounting office personnel involved. More
