We love our new Volvo XC90! We went into Prestige Volvo looking to buy the all new 2016 Volvo XC90. We did our research and homework ahead of time and found the exact vehicle we We went into Prestige Volvo looking to buy the all new 2016 Volvo XC90. We did our research and homework ahead of time and found the exact vehicle we were looking for was located at the Prestige Volvo dealership so we headed over. When we arrived, we were promptly greeted by friendly staff and introduced to Ron Landstrom, who would be our salesman. From the very beginning, he was honest and patient with us and did not resemble at all, the stereotypical "car salesman". He took us over to view the vehicle we were interested in and then answered all of our questions and concerns while we sat down to crunch numbers. In the meantime, my husband and I were drooling over the beautiful fully loaded model in the showroom. We ended up falling in love with that one instead and made a deal. Ron was an absolute pleasure to work with and I would definitely recommend him and the entire Prestige Volvo team. He has since followed up with us numerous times to ensure we are enjoying our new vehicle and to answer any questions we may have. When I took the car in to have accessories installed, he was there to answer my questions and make sure I had a loaner car ready and available. From the moment we went in to the minute we drove off in our new car, we felt very comfortable and in good hands with Ron. Thank you, Ron, and Prestige Volvo, for our beautiful new car. We love it! The very best experience in buying a car ever!!!! I can't say enough how great my experience was at Prestige Volvo. I purchased my last Volvo at a dealership that is much closer to my home but I'm gl I can't say enough how great my experience was at Prestige Volvo. I purchased my last Volvo at a dealership that is much closer to my home but I'm glad to drive a little further to Prestige. I was well worth it. The sales person Tina knew everything about the car from top to bottom. She knew every setting and was so patient with my endless questions. I tried to absorb everything she told me but if I missed something I'm sure she will be willing to go over it again. I got a great price and no pressure at all to buy something extra like my last time with buying at another dealership. The car was ready when promised and the paperwork was quick and I even got a loan below what I was told when I signed the deal. Outstanding customer service ! I can only say they have a customer for life. More
