"It doesn't get Better than Jay Rosen" My daughter bought her first new car from Prestige Volvo after going to several other Dealerships. As the protective Father I went with her every step of the way and was impressed with the whole buying process at this location. This dealership was over two hours away from us but we felt we were going to have the best experience at Prestige Volvo, and we were right. The car was a 2015 loaner with hardly any miles at all on it but had a scratch on the front fender which when we picked up the car the paint repair was noticeable. I told Jay I wasn't happy as he agreed it wasn't right and couldn't apologize enough and said the guy is usually very good! I told Jay that instead of having their guy repaint the bumper, I wanted to take it to a professional auto body repair place and have it done right for my daughter and that I just didn't trust their guy that did this. Jay agreed and immediately said "if I have to put a new bumper on the car to make it right for your daughter, that's what I'll do!" I later explained to Jay that after taking it to several places and still having mixed emotions about what each one wanted to do and the fact that they all said because it's the front bumper which is taking the biggest impact of wind, debris and whatever else is throw at it, as good as the clear coat is that they were going to put on, it STILL won't be as good as the Factory finish! I told Jay that it's my daughters first new car, she's making payments for the next 6 years and with that, Jay didn't hesitate one bit to stop me in mid conversation and say "I want your daughters car to be right, I'm ordering you a new bumper! When it comes in, I'll put it right n for you as you're waiting so you guys don't have to drive the four hour round trip again to pick the car up!" That is exactly what Jay did and how it played out. Yesterday my daughter and I drove up, Jay gave us a loaner car, we went for breakfast and killed 3 hours and drove home with the new bumper on the car. It doesn't get much better than that! Exceptional Customer Service I was recently in an accident and my car was not only damaged but had obvious mechanical damage as well. I immediately called Prestige Volvo as I've been a loyal customer and always had a positive experience there. When I called I got Janelle, who assured me I would be well taken care of and was patient with me as I was somewhat distraught after the accident. She called Roadside for me and had a rental set up for when I arrived. She met me and went over everything. After that service manager Jay Rosen kept in touch and gave me status updates on the car. Insurance attempted to drag their feet and Jay handled them with extreme professionalism. Their were no delays, no surprises, and my car is as good as new. Being in an accident was truly a scary situation for me, but Prestige went above and beyond in easing my worries and making this process painless. Thank you!!!! More

Outstanding Service! My wife's car needed a dent on the roof repaired. After getting the run around at another dealership that was closer to home, I called Prestige. The team, led by Jay Rosen, and well supported by Patricia as well as others excel at providing excellent customer service. More importantly is the high caliber of Volvo know-how in terms of mechanical service. And to add to all they are well priced providing good value and perfection of product. Lindsey was extraordinarily personable and helpful. Lindsey seemed to understand the brand and its attraction to customers. It was a much easier experience than I anticipated and I feel supported by her even post-purchase. If anyone is looking for a Volvo dealership to either purchase a car or service an existing, this is the place! I would drive miles out of my way just to come back to this dealership. Not only do their purchase a car or service an existing, this is the place! I would drive miles out of my way just to come back to this dealership. Not only do their service technicians and manager actually explain the issue in an understandable manner, but you really get the feeling that they care about your car and what you are going through. (Especially for someone who is not knowledgable about cars). I recently had a major issue with my car and they kept their word when they said they weren't going to rest until they fixed it. They gave me the confidence and security that my car was in good hands and that they would help me through the major issue it was experiencing. Jay and his team are the best around, and I would highly recommend them to anyone! They have made me a Prestige Volvo customer for life! More

My experience with this dealerships service department far exceeded my expectations. The staff was especially accommodating and tended to find exactly what was wrong with my S80.Jay in particular helped w far exceeded my expectations.
