This was the best encounter and least stressful car buying experience I have ever had. My saleslady, Gillian Barnes, was great! In fact, I don't even like using the work saleslady as there was no "sell buying experience I have ever had. My saleslady, Gillian Barnes, was great! In fact, I don't even like using the work saleslady as there was no "selling" done. She was very thorough and knew everything about the vehicle I went in to purchase. She never made me feel uncomfortable during my visit and never tried overselling something. If there was something she felt could be improved she let me know. The amount of technology in new vehicles is tremendous and not everything is going to be perfect, so I really appreciated her being 100% honest with me and herself. I know where I am going and who I am seeing for our next family vehicle. More

Arash Tamaddonzia was kind, understanding, and patient. I did not feel rushed at all, and he had all the answers to my questions. Jay the finance manager and Ashley, were great as well. Arash contacted me after I put in a request through online chat. It was within 10 mins max. Super responsive all day long with my 200 questions.
