This by far has to be the worse dealership. I decided to give Metro a chance since it was closer to where I live. I usually go to Trophy Nissan but due to all the construction on LBJ I decided I decided to give Metro a chance since it was closer to where I live. I usually go to Trophy Nissan but due to all the construction on LBJ I decided I’m not dealing with all of that traffic. I bought a 2023 Nissan Rogue certified pre owned, 12/19/25 not knowing I had actually bought a lemon. I’ve had more problems with that car than I did in all of the 10 years I had my 2016 Altima. But I did buy a used car but I didn’t think I would have so many problems this soon though. My main issue is the service department, every time I’m there and I’ve been there so many times in the past 8 months, I’m there anywhere from 2-3.5 hours for simple oil changes and other repairs. This last week I had to come there 3x’s the communication is terrible the advisors never update you on the status of your vehicle, you literally have to hunt them down for an update, wait times are ridiculous. Despite having a appointment which was at 9:30am I sat there waiting until 1:00pm for the advisor to finally tell me that I needed a part which needed to be ordered and they were waiting on a call back from Nissan. So you mean to tell me that my car has been sitting back there all this time and according to the video I received, I’m assuming that you knew I needed a part around 10:30am. Because that’s the time I receive the text. Nobody comes to update me, so I’m thinking they are fixing my car all this time but I that wasn’t the case, they let me sit there all that time and not once come to me to tell me, I had to go look for them. This dealership just totally drains me and from this point on I’ll just have to go back to Trophy. More
