Bought a truck from these guys, brand new, three weeks later the AC compressor goes. I called to have them look at immediately, and they told me I’d be 3 week to even look at. Called my sales rep, he was an able to get me in quicker based on the circumstances. None the less, it took the 8 weeks later, 3 separate visits, some “delayed” parts, and finally fixed it after an initial failed attempt. Not sure if they even tested it the first time. Either way, we were treated incredibly rudely and with an “I don’t give a ****” attitude by the service team. The sales rep was a good dude though. More
