My service advisor was excellent(Jean Louis), when I picked up my car paid and checked that everything was checked as green on the work order then when I went to start my car it did not start, a battery picked up my car paid and checked that everything was checked as green on the work order then when I went to start my car it did not start, a battery was replaced,, my doubt is why was the battery checked green when is was bad, unacceptable! More

I'm very unhappy about this service. I went in because my Ac was blowing hot air. I had a diagnosis at the dealer and was told that I need new motor cooling and Fan cooling..I spent $ 1 I went in because my Ac was blowing hot air. I had a diagnosis at the dealer and was told that I need new motor cooling and Fan cooling..I spent $ 1,175.27 for the job and the problem is only partially solved. One of the front vents is blowing COOL and not COLD air. I took the car back on Monday. I'm still having that problem., my adviser did witness that It is unfair to spend over $1000 on AC system and yet Acura service Dept can't solve the problem efficiently. I have driven only Acura since 2003, this is my 3rd MDX. If I'm not happy with service Dept, this may be my last one. Thank you for letting me voice my concern. More
