Sales and Service could not be better I have gone to Jim Butler Kia for service on my past 2 vehicles, so when purchasing my new car, I only wanted to deal with them. Cheryl and Jean were I have gone to Jim Butler Kia for service on my past 2 vehicles, so when purchasing my new car, I only wanted to deal with them. Cheryl and Jean were wonderful to work with, full of information, and extremely helpful without being pushy. They talked to us like casual friends, not like a commission check. The ordering and pickup process were seamless and much easier than we anticipated (when we bought our last vehicle from a different dealer, we were extremely disappointed and ready to be done). They got me the exact vehicle I wanted, for the price I was expecting, quicker than anticipated. They gave us a great price for our trade in (we were prepared to haggle, but it was not necessary at all). I could not be happier with the purchase process, as well as the service department. Keith always welcomes me by name and takes care of my cars. He never tries to sell me anything that is not absolutely necessary, and helps me decide what services are needed when so I'm not spending an arm and a leg all at once. More

She and Terry Boelhauf both greatly assisted me in finding the best car for my budget and what I liked. Both were very friendly and helpful even during a busy rush and helped each other out in assisting me while understanding my needs. Ending up buying a 2019 Forte LXS in a nice deep sea blue with plently of features included that I enjoyed. Justin Johnson in finance helped me also a ton on getting the best deal with my goal rate in mind and then some. He helped me get the best trade in value on my 15 Rio that I could have asked for and was very professional, speedy, and friendly just like the first time I bought the 15 Rio from him. Car buying can be a little nervous for anyone but these exceptional reps all made me feel welcome and as painless as possible. Had another great experience. Also want to toss a quick shout out to Jean Silverio for remembering me from when I talked to him about a month ago during my servicing on my now old Rio. Made me feel welcome as soon as I entered.
