Fantastic Experience I work in the auto industry (on the software side) and this was one of the best experiences in a dealership I've had. Jean was amazing and super helpf I work in the auto industry (on the software side) and this was one of the best experiences in a dealership I've had. Jean was amazing and super helpful. F&I took between 10-15 minutes (thanks, Justin!). (In my experience, that's the slowest part of the transaction, and can often take hours!) Even though it was a busy Saturday morning (probably not an ideal time if you want undivided attention, but I'd been in the day before for a test drive so I knew what I wanted), I never felt that I was ignored. Jean had multiple customers, some were picking up their vehicles, others were appointments, but he constantly checked in to make sure I was alright. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, don't hesitate to come here. The staff is dynamic and enthusiastic. In fact, I've been car shopping for a few weeks. Jean was the ONLY person to follow up with me and thank me for visiting. So, THANK YOU, Jean! (And thank you Annie Lam for introducing me to him!) More

We worked with Jean Silverio, who checked on availability of cars with my preferred qualities (they had ones with the tech package in stock, but couldn't locate the color I wanted anywhere around), gave us some frank advice even though it prevented us from buying a more expensive trim factor, and made arrangements to add a feature that didn't come standard on the car. Donnie made quick work of the financing and paperwork, and we were out the door with a new car! I've been driving my new Niro for a week and a half, and love it! More
