Communication goes a long way and there was none. Misinformed of everything and never returns phone calls. And that could be because our car was never looked at during our scheduled appt time. There was no communication of that. Told monday would be done tues at end of day. Went tues was given a loaner and told will be done Thurs or Friday. No reason why! Absolutely the worst customer service. If there was any sort of communication it would have helped tremendously but when you are met with arrogance and no answers or communication it leaves a poor taste in your mouth. We will never purchase a car from spitzer knowing that we would have to deal with the service dept. More
