Was slightly disappointed with how hard gap insurance was pushed by our finance guy, was brought up two times after I declined and questioned that since I was in accounting myself didn’t I know what a bad decision I was making. Kinda ruined the very pleasant experience I was having with the dealership. I understand gap insurance is important but my decision shouldn’t be questioned multiple times, there are other options without pursuing insurance through the financing department. More
