We weren't spared the tedious process of visiting various dealerships, but when we landed at Sierra Toyota and met Jeff Bennett the stresses of getting to that point didn't matter anymore. We probably aren't any salesman's dream buyer (tight budget and a bit picky), but Jeff was exactly who we needed. Sierra Toyota sold us a wonderful SUV that was right in our price range and gave us the confidence to strike out on the road once again.Everyone we talked to was a joy to chat with and the kind of people with whom we enjoy doing business. Though we hope to not need to buy another car anytime soon, we would return here in a heart beat and of course we'd hope to work with Jeff again. Altogether I spent less than 1.5 hrs, maybe 1 hr, buying my car b/c I did my due diligence before going, knew what I wanted, had financing in hand & the team members did their jobs with great efficiency. What's more, there was only 1 additional standard fee (dock fee) and NO unnecessary additional fees for my used car. Without a doubt, I'll be back to Sierra Toyota. Got what I needed! I suddenly needed a new ride and was looking at vehicles on lot. Met Frank P on first visit, said I was interested a vehicle and would come back in a I suddenly needed a new ride and was looking at vehicles on lot. Met Frank P on first visit, said I was interested a vehicle and would come back in a couple of days. Frank called in the morning to confirm my revisit and I was set to meet later that morning. When I arrived looking for Frank, I was told he had to leave and Jeff eventually came out to meet me. I told him I was interested in the Maxima band took it for a test drive. The rest was history.
