The car itself seems to be great, unfortunately this dealership is a terrible representation of Ford. This might be one of the worst sales experiences I have ever had with a car. The dealership and salesperson was dishonest about the pricing and the accessories added to the car. Once a deposit was left, it was nearly impossible to get someone on the phone to get details on the car or the financing. Repeatedly had to deal with "Salesperson not available, someone will call you later, someone is out of the office, etc". Even the sales manager promised to have our salesperson and the finance person call later that day with no response. We scheduled the car for pickup and the car was not ready and we had to wait for it. The car was delivered with scratched paint. And the financing offered to put our financial docs on a USB drive only to give us a blank drive. Run, do not walk away from this dealership. Avoid it like the plague. More
