Everyone is always so friendly and helpful here. The lounge is super comfortable, when I do have to wait & they've always been accommodating with a loaner vehicle when I cant. After being told by two different people on two different days that their system was down and that they couldn’t schedule Saturday appointments, they both told me to bring my vehicle in first thing Saturday days that their system was down and that they couldn’t schedule Saturday appointments, they both told me to bring my vehicle in first thing Saturday morning and they would get to my vehicle. This was for routine maintenance. On Saturday morning, I showed up before they opened. I was told that my vehicle would be ready by 11:30. They said they would call me when it was ready. I left. 11:30 rolled around with no word. 12:30, nothing, 1:30, still nothing. Knowing they closed at 3 and that they were 30 minutes from me, I called at 1:40. I was told they “hadn’t gotten around to it” and that they’d have to do it Monday. Were they ever going to call and tell me that if I hadn’t called? When? At closing? Why did they leave me hanging for 3 hours after the time they told me it would be ready? This felt like a rather large disrespect for my time. I did not make any plans that day, thinking I would need to pick up my car mid-day. Not to mention getting there on a weekday during their operating hours was going to be difficult with my work schedule and my ride’s. Come Monday, they called to tell me it was ready. Fortunately, I managed to get away from work to go pick it up. After checking in, I was asked to wait in the lobby and that they’d go get my vehicle. I waited half an hour in the lobby before anyone came to get me. I was then (as expected) charged for my service only I was told they still needed to get the vehicle. Another 5 minutes later, I finally had my car. All in all, I can’t say that I’m thrilled with the service. That being said, they did do everything correctly and my car is in good working order - no major issues. More

Typically I always have a good experience when coming in for service. They seem to work quickly and efficiently. This was the first time a loaner was not available and I would have brought my work compute for service. They seem to work quickly and efficiently. This was the first time a loaner was not available and I would have brought my work computer if I knew, but that was my fault for assuming. Ended up being about 2 hours. Price seemed a bit pricey for a cabin air filter...I'll be doing that from now on since its a pretty easy change, just figured since I was there I'd get it changed. More

First time I can say that my experience was not the best. Other than the reasonable pricing on my service; the unavailability of a loaner car for me was disappointing. I waited around 2 hours, even though i was quoted almost a 3 hr wait time. The loaner car would of satisfied some tasks I needed to attend, but apparently, that is time that I will not get back, especially since I am working as well. The negative part is the associate did not even inform me of the unavailability of the loaner car until I asked, after he would confirm the availability on his own. That was disappointing that I was not a focus once I was placed in a waiting room. I came in for a major milestone service, but treated, as if I came in for a simple oil change. More
