The oil change and tire rotation were perfect as always.
They did not find anything concerning about the CVT or the way it 'shifts' even though it just doesn't feel right. But that is not Subaru of Gwinne

Brown & Ms. Kessler is excellent. Mr Herb Hoffman is a xxxxx. I have filed a complaint with Subaru Corporate Office of his prejudicial treatment towards me. Hoffman claims that I returned loaner cars smelling of smoke. I DON'T SMOKE!
I requested a loaner prior to my appointment. Upon arrival, Herb Hoffman humiliated me in front of the entire service area by announcing that I was banned from getting a loaner car. I have had 3 loaners from Subaru and was never advised by text, call or email about smoke in cars. After Ms. Brown & Kessler got involved he insisted that I signed a $1000 agreement for a smoke in car just to give me the loaner. The cleaning fee sticker in all loaner cars is $300! Hoffman has different treatment for different people which is not what Subaru preaches!
