Tina and Roger were very responsive to all of our questions. They always responded quickly and kept us informed on everything at all times. I was a bit hesitant at first since the dealership was so far away from us but they worked so well for us that I had complete confidence that our buying experience would be good. We flew in the night before and they kindly offered to pick us up at our hotel to take us to the dealership. When we arrived the truck was prepped and ready for us. Took a test drive and when we returned from that all the paperwork was ready so we could finish everything quickly. We filled out financing online prior to arriving so it was a seamless experience. They provided us with everything we needed or wanted to know prior to our arrival which again made the process go very smoothly. Best experience we have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. More

He told me the first day (not until we were already there) but I did not know the second day til another salesmen told me. He is dedicated to the program!!! More

Roger puts his customers first When our family was going from just the two of us to a party of FIVE we needed a new family truckster. We decided a Ford Flex was the way to go, but When our family was going from just the two of us to a party of FIVE we needed a new family truckster. We decided a Ford Flex was the way to go, but didn't know where to get it. Castrucci had the one my wife wanted used with Ford certified guarantee. Roger answered my email quickly and stayed in contact on my terms when I needed. He fought for every penny off I could get and was direct and honest every step of the way. I heard the used car manager threaten to not even give me that deal, but Roger stuck up for me. We got a fair price that we were good with. It was after that that Roger really came through for us. I surprised my wife with it at her work when I noticed a sizable scratch that was not there upon first look. She was too excited to get her new Flex to care at that moment. I called Roger's cell phone, .expecting a battle or apathy since they got the sale and I couldn't truly prove I didn't just damage it on my own. Well, he got an appointment to fix it promptly. The service department gave me a loaner and I felt important with their treatment. There's a little more. Hang on. Days after getting it back I noticed it was not fixed properly at all. I really expected a battle at this point to fix it, but Roger again fought to make things right again, and Did. Long after earning his commision he continued to earn it. I'll just say I'm glad he was the one that answered my email. I would not want to put up with the used sales manager without him. My wife absolutely loves her car still, and it is awesome with 3 kids and all the cargo. More
