No pressure, ever. Follow-up is excellent, he always has time for even the smallest question. I've now bought four vehicles from him, and will no doubt buy more. I highly recommend him. He couldn't be as great as he is without the amazing support her gets from the staff at Kelly Nissan. The service department is nothing short of amazing. Service writer Larry Hughes is the best I've ever worked with. In summary, Eric: great, Larry: great, Kelly Nissan: great! More
