All the people in the dealership were very friendly. We seemed to be there on some crazy days, President's Day sales. We didn't see many other buyers, but the staff seemed to be running back and forth betw seemed to be there on some crazy days, President's Day sales. We didn't see many other buyers, but the staff seemed to be running back and forth between several things and we had long waits. Additionally, there were recurrent computer problems that delayed the financing (those were not avoidable...computers!). Overall, everyone on staff was very patient and helpful despite whatever hurdles they were facing. The manager actually decreased the cost of the car slightly in order for us to qualify for a loan term/payment. More
