The dealerships strengths are with their people. Our sales guy was very friendly, always willing to answer questions and very patient. The finance person was great. Could be the experience level or he just gets IT. He was friendly, explained numbers and warranties without being pushy, and just made us feel comfortable. We are very happy with our new suv...especially living in New England. Good group of sales professionals. Definitely a must try if looking for a new car. More

Everything was handled by NW Hills-i did not have to do anything but come to pick up my vehicle. Also was contacted regarding an insurance quote, which ended up being more affordable for me than the insurance I currently have. I am very happy with my new vehicle and am sure that any future dealings with Bill or the staff at NW Hills will be just as pleasant as this was. More

Northwest showed me what they had on the lot and when it didn't match up with what I was after they had no problem putting a special order in for me to get exactly what I was looking for. When it showed up they didn't play any games with my trade-in or the other numbers. Jeremy spent the time to show me how the top worked and go over the features on my new Wrangler. More
