I've lived in and around the Fort Worth area since 1983 so I consider myself a Texan. I've been married to my beautiful wife, Stephanie, since January 1992. We have 3 kids: Zachary, Katelynn and Carson. I graduated from Grapevine High School in 1985 and attended UT Arlington where I studied Chemistry and Business Management. I worked in pharmaceutics in both the retail and hospital settings for over 13 years. My favorite pastime is restoring old cars although finding the spare time can be a challenge. My family enjoys traveling as well as amusement parks.

I have bought 10 vehicles from 5 Star Ford, 3 used and 7 new. I had a good experience with each purchase. Alfred and Jeff and the rest of the team took real good care of me. 5 Star Ford has serviced and new. I had a good experience with each purchase. Had a Great experience at your dealership,did not have the truck i wanted but Aaron Dias found what i was looking for and had it brought in to dealership.Aaron came in to work to take care of my needs on the truck i wanted but Aaron Dias found what i was looking for and had it brought in to dealership.Aaron came in to work to take care of my needs on his day off.Took delivery of my truck on saturday found some damage on front spoiler from transporting(loading on tractor trailer). Took to service department and service mgr.took care if it,had parts in stock and were put on and i was on my way.Thanks Aaron Dias and Jeff Crabtree i had the best experience i have ever had at a dealership. This was the second time my wife and I have been to Five Star Ford to purchase or lease a vehice. The first time was in 2008 and the service from the front door to the moment we drove off in our new car wa Star Ford to purchase or lease a vehice. The first time was in 2008 and the service from the front door to the moment we drove off in our new car was impeccable. I honestly felt it couldn't get any better. However, this week it did. First, Chad Ritter was a salesmans salesman. Because, I forgot he was trying to sell me anything. What Chad did was he listened to myself and my wife with regards to what we were looking for in a vehicle, and to what our needs were. NOt once did I feel anything other than "here is someone who wants to make sure I am completly satisified in my car buying experience." Chad is an asset to your dealership. I will ask for him the next time we purchase a vehicle from Five Star. And there will be a next time. Secondly, your Sales Manager, Jeff Crabtree was right there from the moment we arrived to make sure as well as Chad that the entire experience was awesome. And it was. Both Jeff and Chad are people who care about their customers and it shows. Also, let me say this. I can't tell you how many times we were asked "have you been helped?", had the door opened for us, or were just spoken to with a friendly "hi." The people in your dealership are "five star" all the way. I assure you I will recommend Five Star to my friends and I will be back when the time comes to purchase another vehicle. Job well done! More
