This was the second time my wife and I have been to Five Star Ford to purchase or lease a vehice. The first time was in 2008 and the service from the front door to the moment we drove off in our new car was impeccable. I honestly felt it couldn't get any better. However, this week it did. First, Chad Ritter was a salesmans salesman. Because, I forgot he was trying to sell me anything. What Chad did was he listened to myself and my wife with regards to what we were looking for in a vehicle, and to what our needs were. NOt once did I feel anything other than "here is someone who wants to make sure I am completly satisified in my car buying experience." Chad is an asset to your dealership. I will ask for him the next time we purchase a vehicle from Five Star. And there will be a next time. Secondly, your Sales Manager, Jeff Crabtree was right there from the moment we arrived to make sure as well as Chad that the entire experience was awesome. And it was. Both Jeff and Chad are people who care about their customers and it shows. Also, let me say this. I can't tell you how many times we were asked "have you been helped?", had the door opened for us, or were just spoken to with a friendly "hi." The people in your dealership are "five star" all the way. I assure you I will recommend Five Star to my friends and I will be back when the time comes to purchase another vehicle. Job well done! We had no intention of actually purchasing a car yesterday---we only planned to start looking at vehicles. We left with two brand new vehicles! This was the best car-buying experience we have ever yesterday---we only planned to start looking at vehicles. We left with two brand new vehicles! This was the best car-buying experience we have ever had! (I have always detested car shopping in the past!) Doreen Parker met us at the curb and made us completely comfortable from the introductions through the syncing of our phones on our new vehicles. Jeff made us comfortable talking about how we could work out payments with which we were comfortable. Mike took us painlessly through the paperwork and ALL made us feel like we were going to be taken care of for years to come. I have already recommended 5-Star Ford AND Doreen to friends. Thank you, Doreen, for showing us how I could pay off the note on my car and get a brand new one. When she asked my husband what he drove and led us to discover he could exchange his F-150 for a brand new one, we were floored! He LOVED his first truck and never expected he might want another, but he is thrilled with his larger, more elaborate truck. In case you couldn't deduce this, we had a great experience with 5-Star! We'll be back and send others!!! More
