I've lived in and around the Fort Worth area since 1983 so I consider myself a Texan. I've been married to my beautiful wife, Stephanie, since January 1992. We have 3 kids: Zachary, Katelynn and Carson. I graduated from Grapevine High School in 1985 and attended UT Arlington where I studied Chemistry and Business Management. I worked in pharmaceutics in both the retail and hospital settings for over 13 years. My favorite pastime is restoring old cars although finding the spare time can be a challenge. My family enjoys traveling as well as amusement parks.

I had been looking at all brands of trucks available. When I finally decided to buy the Ford F150 Super Crew, I gave 5 Star a chance. It was a great decision. Ollie, Jeff and Mike were wonderful to work When I finally decided to buy the Ford F150 Super Crew, I gave 5 Star a chance. It was a great decision. Ollie, Jeff and Mike were wonderful to work with and I feel they went above and beyond what other dealerships would. They gave me a very good deal on my new truck. Next time I'm in the market for a new vehicle I will definitely return to this dealership and I will recommend them to my friends and family. More

We had no intention of actually purchasing a car yesterday---we only planned to start looking at vehicles. We left with two brand new vehicles! This was the best car-buying experience we have ever yesterday---we only planned to start looking at vehicles. We left with two brand new vehicles! This was the best car-buying experience we have ever had! (I have always detested car shopping in the past!) Doreen Parker met us at the curb and made us completely comfortable from the introductions through the syncing of our phones on our new vehicles. Jeff made us comfortable talking about how we could work out payments with which we were comfortable. Mike took us painlessly through the paperwork and ALL made us feel like we were going to be taken care of for years to come. I have already recommended 5-Star Ford AND Doreen to friends. Thank you, Doreen, for showing us how I could pay off the note on my car and get a brand new one. When she asked my husband what he drove and led us to discover he could exchange his F-150 for a brand new one, we were floored! He LOVED his first truck and never expected he might want another, but he is thrilled with his larger, more elaborate truck. In case you couldn't deduce this, we had a great experience with 5-Star! We'll be back and send others!!! More

Dealer was able to locate the vehicle based on specifications requested. Misunderstanding on Ford rebates at time of closing but the dealer made it right to complete the deal. Though my car buying experience took 7 hours, overall it was a great one. My salesman (William Perez) was friendly & thorough & my finance rep (Daniel Flores) was wonderful. I really had a great time at Five Star Ford. This is the second vehicle I have bought at this dealership and both times were very pleasant. This time I dealt mostly with new car salesman, Eric Petsch. He wa second vehicle I have bought at this dealership and both times were very pleasant. This time I dealt mostly with new car salesman, Eric Petsch. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He approached me immediately after my arrival and asked if he could be of assistance. Although I told him I was not going to buy a vehicle that day, he asked about my preference and proceeded to give me information about various models of trucks that might interest me. After talking to him over several days and having been given the opportunity to drive different trucks I decided to purchase an F 150 from him without looking at another dealership. We came to an agreement on the price of the new truck and on a price for my vehicle with relative ease. I also had some contact with Jeff Crabtree during the price negotiations and he also was very friendly, courteous and professional. He and Eric both seemed to be interested in not just selling a vehicle, but seeing to it that I was satisfied with the truck and the overall experience at Five Star. I just purchased my second vehicle in the last 11 months from 5 Star. I will sum it up like this, the experience from start to finish was as close to a pleasure as you could possibly come when making a new from 5 Star. The people there know how to treat a customer, I'm not talking about giving me a good deal, that's a given or I wouldn't be writing this review. I'm talking about being treated kindly by caring authentic people it is a stark contrast to what I typically experience making purchases from other dealerships. I called and Talked to Jeff Crabtree on the phone and explained to him exactly what I wanted. He let me know that he is the sales manager and that he would pass the info on to Jim Rich. He asked me when a good time to come in was and we made an appointment for me. Upon arrival the truck I wanted was sitting ready for me to test drive and the deal was ready for me within just a few minutes. No hassle. They even went out of their way to make sure that all of my add ons were done on the same day as I had a pretty long drive. These guys are true professionals. I will be doing all of my business at Five Star Ford. More

It was a Saturday and I was on a mission. Just one week left until my 40th wedding anniversay and wanting to surprise my wife with a new car on our anniversay, and I already knew exactly what model I wante left until my 40th wedding anniversay and wanting to surprise my wife with a new car on our anniversay, and I already knew exactly what model I wanted (fully loaded EDGE) and what colors scheme. Stopped at another Ford dealership, actually closer to my home, but all the sales folks were too busy to wait on me. Left and headed to 5-Star Ford. Looked around the car lot and then went into the show room. Ollie Jackson offered to help me. We first took a satisfactory test drive and then I explained to Ollie, the anniversary thing, and what I wanted to pursue in the car finish out, colors scheme, etc etc. We negotiated on my trade-in and it was eventually acceptable to me. Then we had to find the car with the finish out and color scheme that I was requiring. It was not in their inventory, nor in the inventory of their associate plants in the area. I was not flexible in my color scheme requirements. Ollie explained she would need to search farther out, which wound up taking a few days. The clock was ticketing on meeting my deadline objective. I was out of town most of that next week in Wisconsin. On Wednesday, I got a call saying they had found the target vehicle in south Texas and were making arrangements to get in transferred up to 5-Star and get it into make-ready for me on Friday. I returned from out of town on Thursday night and went to 5-Star Ford on Friday to work out the financing options and get the financing process completed, etc. I worked out a plan with Ollie where I would pick up the new vehicle first thing on Saturday morning, our anniversary. When I arrived, Ollie had everything in order and had even prepared a very large red bow for me to put on the car for presentation to my wife. Got back home before I wife woke up that morning. My wife was VERY surprised and excited with her anniversary present. Mission accomplished, thanks to Ollie Jackson and the other folks at 5-Star Ford. More

Jason had sold me without even stepping foot on the dealership lot. I had been to two other dealers prior to Five Star, and walked away feeling helpless. With just one call and a last hope to lower my dealership lot. I had been to two other dealers prior to Five Star, and walked away feeling helpless. With just one call and a last hope to lower my car payment and gasoline bill, Jason renewed my hope. I explained to him how upside down I was in my current vehicle and I did not have any money to put down on a new car. Jason took a few minutes and thought of ways to help me. He suggested I check if my current vehicle had any warranties or GAP insurance I could cancel to get a refund to use as a down payment. This never crossed my mind! The next morning, I met Jason in the showroom. We talked a bit about my situation and then he introduced me to Jeff. They both sat down with me to see what we could figure out. I truly felt they were genuine, in finding a way to help me. I was also introduced to Mr. Ross, a wonderful finance director that again, took time to see what was in my best interest, financially and in a vehicle. Finally, I was able to sit down with Kenny to sign the paperwork on my new Ford Focus! Each one of these gentlemen, went above and beyond and helped me out of a very desperate situation. I could not ask for a better experience and I hold these guys in high regard. Way to go Five Star Ford! More
