Noel and Zimmerman Honda were great. They come highly recommended in the Quad Cities over their competitor Lujack's. Though Noel and his colleague had to run their spiel on the protection package and ext recommended in the Quad Cities over their competitor Lujack's. Noel was friendly, informative (even though I did my research pretty well on the CR-Z), willing to help with any questions I had, gave me a a price I was happy with, and sent me a letter thanking me for the business. He took the time to thoroughly understand what I desired in a vehicle and then worked diligently to fit the cost inside of my prospective budget. A person shopping at competing dealerships would be very hard pressed to find this kind of top shelf service anywhere else. More

This was our first purchase from Zimmermans and our first Honda. We are very pleased with the treatment we received from Jeff Dolan. We stopped in late in the day on a beautiful Saturday and ended up keeping Jeff (and additional staff) there an additional 2 hours past closing. They were all professional and courteous, and did not rush to get us out the door. There was no heavy sales "gimic." We wanted some additional details on our new vehicle and Jeff was prompt in making the arrangements. The follow through was great---it didn't feel like the customer service ended after the deal was sealed. Jeff was as exicted about our purchase as we were! We are excited that the dealership will be relocating and would definitely recommend Jeff to anyone seeking a new car. More

After the purchase, Jeff explained the operational features of my new Pilot extremely well. In the 40 years I have been purchasing cars, I have never experienced this level of trust or loyality from a salesman or dealership. It was my pleasure to work with such a dedicated staff. More

It was another extremely positive car buying experience at Zimmerman's! After purchasing five Honda Accords from them, we bought a Honda Odyssey. We did our homework on-line, visited countless dealership at Zimmerman's! After purchasing five Honda Accords from them, we bought a Honda Odyssey. We did our homework on-line, visited countless dealerships, test drove three different makes of vans, and knew exactly what features we wanted and the price we were willing to pay. Although Zimmerman's did not have "our" vehicle on the lot, they found exactly what we wanted at another dealership, and it was there within a couple of days. Our final price was considerably lower than their competitors in the area. When we picked up our van, Jeff proved to be extremely knowledgeable and took after hours time to patiently explain all the features and answer all of our questions. We would highly recommend Jeff to anyone interested in purchasing a Honda in the Quad Cities and are thrilled with our shopping experience at Zimmerman Honda. More
