I purchased a 2008 Honda Pilot in April from Jeff Dolan. He was very friendly and answered all of my questions. He helped me weigh the pros and cons of two different vehicles (CRV and Pilot) before I decid He was very friendly and answered all of my questions. He helped me weigh the pros and cons of two different vehicles (CRV and Pilot) before I decided upon the Pilot. I told Jeff what I was willing to pay and he went to work for me. We had a deal a short time later. This was the third vehicle I had purchased in the past 14 years (first from Zimmerman) and it was the smoothest and quickest transaction by far. Jeff followed up with me a month after the purchase to make sure I was satisfied with the vehicle and to see if there was anything he could do for me. I have recommended Zimmerman and Jeff to all of my friends who are considering a vehicle purchase or lease. More

Everything was great from the moment I walked through the doors. I was immediately greeted by the front desk and set up with a salesman. I was fortunate to have Jeff Dolan and Tim Foss assist me. Jeff immediately suggested a car he thought would be perfect for me and he was absolutely right. Tim took the test drives with me and was very knowledgeable about each car and showing me the special features to make sure I had a full experience. Everyone I encountered was great from the salesman to the financiers to the receptionists. The team worked past close to ensure that I was taken care; even the day before Thanksgiving. Thanks to Jeff and Tim, I got the car I wanted at an amazing price. Honda did a great job of working with me to get the numbers where I needed them. Never have I received such outstanding customer service from every member of a team. Thank you Jeff, Tim, and the rest of the Honda team! Jeff was extremely helpful in answering all questions we had and any concerns that came up. This was a first time lease for me, and he was very informative and honest about pros and cons to help me make my had and any concerns that came up. We purchased our 2013 Honda CRV from Jeff Dolan, He was courteous, honest, and was a pleasure to deal with. He kept us updated on everything, as Zimmerman's didn't have the particular color onsite, and ha courteous, honest, and was a pleasure to deal with. He kept us updated on everything, as Zimmerman's didn't have the particular color onsite, and had to get it from another dealer. We have purchased 5 hondas from Zimmerman's, and have been very happy with their sales and service departments. They have recently moved into a new state-of -the-art facility in Moline, and it's a really nice & comfortable place to buy & service your car. Jeff & the rest of the Zimmerman staff will make your car purchase as smooth as possible. I highly recommend them. More

Noel and Zimmerman Honda were great. They come highly recommended in the Quad Cities over their competitor Lujack's. Though Noel and his colleague had to run their spiel on the protection package and ext recommended in the Quad Cities over their competitor Lujack's. Though Noel and his colleague had to run their spiel on the protection package and extended warranty options, I was not hassled at all when I declined them. Noel was friendly, informative (even though I did my research pretty well on the CR-Z), willing to help with any questions I had, gave me a a price I was happy with, and sent me a letter thanking me for the business. Again, I highly recommend Noel at Zimmerman Honda. More

This is a very nice and professional dealership with a look that would certainly catch your eye if in the market to purchase or lease a categories. What really set Zimmerman apart was their salesman Jeff Dolan. He took the time to thoroughly understand what I desired in a vehicle and then worked diligently to fit the cost inside of my prospective budget. A person shopping at competing dealerships would be very hard pressed to find this kind of top shelf service anywhere else. More
