He was the perfect balance of being a complete professional and a fun easy-going personality. We picked one of the coldest days of the decade to venture out but he had the vehicles all ready to go for us and made multiple trips outside throughout the day to ensure we would not have to. He explained every detail of the Pilot's features to us and it never once sounded like a "sales pitch". We told him that we wanted to see how the Pilot handled in the snow (it did great) and see how much "get up and go" it had, so he took us along the highway and down roads that were less clear including the dead-end lane in front of their dealership that had only been plowed on one side. To be honest, I was nervous that we would get stuck but Marty was confident and ensured us that it would do just fine, and it did! The Pilot didn't even slip or lose traction when we were driving down the snow-packed dead-end lane. My husband and I were so excited after our test drive and knew we wanted this vehicle but were being slow at coming to a final decision. Marty told us that he understood this is a big decision and that it's important to find the right vehicle, so he told us to take it to lunch and think about it. Well, of course, we decided to buy it! It was such a great low-pressure buying experience. And even if that is his sale strategy then Three Cheers for treating us with RESPECT, PATIENCE and like REAL HUMAN BEINGS instead of another quota! We will be going back for all of our future trade-ins! More

As I said, I normally work with Luis. He is professional, knowledgeable, thorough and patient with my many questions. I always stop to see him when I visit the service department. Aaron demonstrated all the steps to make a customer feel at home and comfortable. Car shopping can be a daunting experience but through dialogue with Aaron , the experience felt seamless. Zimmerman Honda and its stellar staff may be the business that makes the difference. We can't say enough good things about Marty Curry! We first spent some time test-driving and visiting with him in June. In typical fashion for us, we procrastinated and put off the actual purchase. Marty impressed us in June! We found him to be knowledgable, friendly, interested in our needs, and professional. After that visit, he struck the perfect balance of NOT hassling us and still reaching out to see if he could assist us. On New Year's Eve, we came back to see what was available in a 2018 CRV, hoping for a deal. Marty was extremely busy this day, but balanced his time effectively between us and other customers. We pulled the trigger with his guidance, and couldn't be happier with the way we were treated. It is so important to feel you can trust the honesty of the people you deal with when purchasing a vehicle. We found that at Zimmerman Honda. Marty and our patient finance clerk, Jeff Dolan, both stayed beyond closing time with us on December 31st when they probably would have preferred to get home to evening plans.
