Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your visit didn’t meet your expectations. I’d like to clarify what happened during your appointment. Because your vehicle has roof racks, our automatic wash could have caused damage, and at the time we did not have a staff member available to perform a hand wash without significantly delaying your visit - especially since you were on a tight schedule. We did offer a hand wash as well as a vacuum, but we understand that you declined both due to time constraints. We always strive to communicate clearly and provide the best possible service, and I’m sorry if this situation caused any frustration. If you’d like to schedule a wash and vacuum at a time that’s convenient for you, we’d be happy to take care of it.
