The salesman I worked with at Wilde East Towne Honda Jeff Fox was excellent, and helped me learn more about the new Honda CR-V I was interested in, and the Sport Hybrid model, and the features of the car. He Fox was excellent, and helped me learn more about the new Honda CR-V I was interested in, and the Sport Hybrid model, and the features of the car. He kept me up to date on when the new cars would be coming in, and he gave me a very good amount for trade in of my car. He went over all of the purchase, and trade in information when I bought the car. When I picked it up he spent a lot of time showing me the car's features and operation, and helped me get things set up like using Bluetooth, and GPS. He also helped me purchase accessories for the car. I would highly recommend Wilde East Towne Honda and the salesman who helped me buy a new car Jeff Fox, and also the Service Department and the service technician I have been working with the most Austin Rankin. More

Fantastic dealership with great friendly people! I would suggest another Finance person, as we did have to wait quite a long time to finish paperwork upon leading our new vehicle. Bought a vehicle from this place. 3 months of owning the check engine light comes on. Tried contacting the dealership left multiple voicemails. No one returned calls in a timely matte 3 months of owning the check engine light comes on. Tried contacting the dealership left multiple voicemails. No one returned calls in a timely matter. Not even the sales man whom the receptionist said would be able to answer questions about the warranty. Salesman did not know the vehicle had a tv system in the vehicle. He told me the people who have to put the vehicle on the site enter vin and whatever it says they just go with that information. More

Jeff Fox in Sales has been great to work with. Unfortunately, the rest of the buying process was frustrating. There were errors in the purchase contract, including extending the terms for warranti Unfortunately, the rest of the buying process was frustrating. There were errors in the purchase contract, including extending the terms for warranties without expressly telling me, incorrect trade-in allowance, and increased interest rate. Never assume that the final sales document is the same as what you agreed to with your salesperson! You have to look it over with a fine-toothed comb, which is pretty hard to do on the small iPad they use for signing. I called Kenn in Finance twice to correct things, who didn't call me back, so I had to call the Manager, Brent A., to get a refund for the overcharges. Then I had to remind him to refund the taxes on the overcharges. Brent was helpful, but it should not have happened nor taken a month to correct. More

I am NYC (LA and Chicago) transplant who is new in town, cannot even begin to discuss how hard they work at providing a great customer experience. I recommend this place hands down, five stars. Jeff Fox and Ken from Finance were just tremendous in working with me to get my new whip ASAP cannot thank them enough! Trust me, you won’t be sorry coming to this dealership for your new or used Hondas, in excellent shape. I’m one very happy customer overall and not the easiest to please. More
