UPDATE: After writing the review below I was immediately contacted by Long McArthur. Unfortunately, after several weeks of unsuccessfully attempting to repair the truck I asked to terminate the sale. Much to my surprise Long McArthur not only agreed to buy back the truck, they shipped another one in from Colorado as a replacement. I've had the replacement vehicle now for a couple of weeks and am very pleased with it. Kudos to Kevin Sander and Jeff Hamilton for working with me to get this issue resolved. I would by again from Long McArthur Original Review: August 11th 2022 I purchased a 2021 Ford F-150 Platinum with 10,500 miles on the odometer for OVER original sticker ($70K PLUS). Less than a week later the vehicle broke down. I called your Service Center, spoke with Scott, and was told I had to go to the end of the line and it would be at least two weeks or longer before they could even look at my truck you just sold me. I contacted my sales person, Jeff Hamilton, who along with his manager was able to arrange for my vehicle to be worked on and was provided a loaner. Kudos to Jeff as he has been very helpful and responsive. I returned the vehicle on August 17th and was informed on August 22nd it was all fixed and had been turned over to the detail folks for application of the protection package I purchased. GREAT!! I get a call on August 23rd vehicle is ready and I drive the one hour trip from Park City to pick up my truck. I had to ask for paper work on what was done as none was provided at pickup. I drove the truck home and didn’t even make it to my driveway before all the issues I brought it in for had returned. I called Scott at the Service Center once again and described what had happened and he assured me it was safe to drive. I then made a new appointment to bring it back for repairs that should have been completed the first go round. A short time after talking with Scott I took the vehicle to QuickTrip for gas and upon leaving the truck went into limp mode. I was barely able to make it the two miles home. I contacted Scott once again on August 24th to inform him I now had an undrivable vehicle. While Scott was sympathetic, the only solution he would provide was a loaner and instructions on how to call Ford Roadside to have my truck towed to one of the two local Wichita Ford dealerships. So now my new truck is setting at Rusty Eck Ford waiting until at least September 13th to be looked at according to them and I have a base model XLT to drive which was basically what I traded in. I find it unfathomable that this is an acceptable way to treat a brand new customer. Other Issues: Truck was advertised as having BlueCruise . . . it did not. I asked it be updated per Ford memo of 01/27/2022 for 2021 F-150 models with the Ford Co-Pilot360™ Active 2.0 Prep Package. Tech installed one Power-Up update to version 2.8.2 but did not test if BlueCruise was functioning which it is not. I repeatedly told Scott and Jeff there were numerous codes on the vehicle and visible in FordPass Connect. Tech only found a single PCM code and either didn't bother to scan the other modules or just ignored the codes. I do NOT recommend Long McArthur Ford . . . . More

We was in the process of looking for a used car. I called Long McArhur about a Blue Ford Escape they transfer me to Jeff Hamilton, he check and it was out on a loner. Then I ask about the Gray Escape I check Long McArhur about a Blue Ford Escape they transfer me to Jeff Hamilton, he check and it was out on a loner. Then I ask about the Gray Escape I check and get back with you. Within 15 minutes he called back and it is here. I told him in there in about a hour since I live about 50 miles away. When I arrived he was waiting and the car was ready for a test drive. We took for a test drive and fell in love with the vehicle. We started the finance paperwork and the process went very smooth. Within a couple of hours we was on are way home with a Ford Escape. Jeff called a week latter and said he had new tires for the vehicle when can you bring it. I mention we had to get the car exterior and interior sealed protected. He set up all the appointments and loaner vehicle for us. And the service went smooth. Long McArthur and Jeff Hamilton has high standards in taking care of there customers. From one Vet to another, Thank You. More

On my way to NJ my transmission started having major issues. Jeff H. and everyone else at the dealership did everything possible in their power to make sure I could get into a car the next morning to co issues. We were so very fortunate to have Jeff Hamilton as our salesperson. Long MacArthur is obviously a customer-oriented dealership, and Jeff is a wonderful advocate for that philosophy. He patiently answered salesperson. Long MacArthur is obviously a customer-oriented dealership, and Jeff is a wonderful advocate for that philosophy. He patiently answered all of our questions and anticipated all our needs. He was incredibly knowledgeable, but if we asked a question he could not readily answer, he immediately consulted his reference materials or questioned other personnel in the dealership to ensure that we had a complete and accurate answer to all our queries. In short, Jeff is the consummate professional. He knows his business cold and a customer readily perceives that this is a man who can be trusted. As a result of his efforts, our purchasing experience at Long McArthur was completely enjoyable. Everyone should be so lucky as to have Jeff as their salesperson! More
