The new sales department for GM vehicles and the finance department at the GM department as well as the Cadillac department for incredibly helpful, open personable and attentive. However, my experience in t department at the GM department as well as the Cadillac department for incredibly helpful, open personable and attentive. However, my experience in the service department was horrendous. They were lazy did not respond. The manager in the department was unavailable for over four hours. I waited for a return phone call for assistance for over four hours. Until I walked in and Mr. Mike blue took my information and he promptly handled the issue. Congrats to him for stepping up. More

I had a very large problem with the lifters in my Silverado and GM wasn't really trying to help because my truck was out of warranty by just under 5,000 miles. The team of managers and staff went to Silverado and GM wasn't really trying to help because my truck was out of warranty by just under 5,000 miles. The team of managers and staff went to my defense because I maintained my vehicle like the factory recommends. They got GM to cover the fair share of the repair. Customer waiting area is nice. However, Customer Service is very poor. When you schedule a Service for a specific item. Being told after arriving that the time is for the servic However, Customer Service is very poor. When you schedule a Service for a specific item. Being told after arriving that the time is for the service writer to log in your car and set up the mechanic to do the work. My appointment was for an item that takes less than one hour for completion. I was there 3 hours and left without taking advantage of your. "Free Carwash" because I had already been there 3 HOURS. Please rethink your procedures. MY TIME IS ALSO VALUABLE!!! More
