Great Service I arrived for one of an appointment service of a recall and was told it would take about 2 hours or possible 1-2 days on this particular issue, depend I arrived for one of an appointment service of a recall and was told it would take about 2 hours or possible 1-2 days on this particular issue, depends on the vehicle. I had no choice but wait and see. One and a half hour later Marcia came back and said "your car is ready and the service was completed". Great Job. I really appreciated the attention to detail and commitment to be "The Excellent of Service and High Class Facility". We have never enjoyed buying a car until we went to Bozard... no pressure just had a blast looking and test driving...Not only did we buy one car but went back 3 months later and bought another..To us there is no another company that even comes close to how everyone treats you there... Ford itself should know this that Bozard can survive without Ford but Ford could never survive without Bozard.
