From Tom Krell delivering a Lincoln MKX to my house to test drive to Andy Harris welcoming me at the dealership to Mr. Krell lining up more Lincoln vehicles for me to test drive to Erik Shipley entertaining us as I am signing the paperwork; wonderful! I cannot be more pleased with my Lincoln MKX purchase! Tanya Tomanek wrapped up my car buying experience by personally showing me all the buttons in my new car.
