Not very prompt with service updates. The parts that were ordered under my name was given to another customer so that pushed my wait time out longer. It was easy making the online appointment and as easy dropping our vehicle off at the dealership. They did a great job repairing our Jeep, but weren't kept informed of the status when they needed to keep dropping our vehicle off at the dealership. They did a great job repairing our Jeep, but weren't kept informed of the status when they needed to keep it overnight the second night. I had to call the next day to get the update. All-in-all, I'd definitely recommend this dealership for service. More
