It was time for an oil change, so we called Jeff. He said the next day wasn't looking busy and to bring the car in early. Jeff came back in 5 minutes to inform us there was a problem : your internet was down and it woult take a bit longer than expected and offered to have us taken home. Jeff Kingsley is great as are all the service advisors at this dealership. Very responsive and easy to work with and kept me in the loop throughout the process. As for the broader dealership, their parts pr this dealership. Very responsive and easy to work with and kept me in the loop throughout the process. As for the broader dealership, their parts prices are not very competitive and you'll do yourself a favor by shopping around bit. I understand that the dealership needs to make a profit, but in today's digital age, it doesn't take much effort to find better pricing for OEM Mopar parts. More
