This is the second Subaru Forester that I have bought from them. My 2016 did not have all the safety features that my 2023 does. It's still early in my relationship with Gateway but so far they have been great. My salesman Shawn is really a nice guy and got me a great deal. The follow up has been excellent. Shawn, our Salesman was very knowledgeable and great to deal with. He was not pushy at all and was so easy to work with. We drove a few different cars before making and decision and then Shawn tracked dow deal with. He was not pushy at all and was so easy to work with. The car came in quickly and Shawn explained all of the latest technology to us once it arrived. The finance manager was very prepared and explained everything, making the process simple. Cracked windshield the dealership would not replace, multiple attempts at alignment and still not fixed, radio damaged, all the dealership would not replace.
