Our vehicle had been scheduled for a minor radio repair when we purchased it but Danny went above and beyond to make sure we were updated so we could have our vehicle in time for our camping trip. Brian helped me out for a few hours going through multiple trucks and the good and bad with all of them, he did not try to persuade me one way or the other, he truly just wanted me to find a truck I liked. And Jeff was huge with telling me everything I needed to know as far as warranties and servicing the truck and even some things I never thought of about my trade in. All in all it was the best experience I’ve had at a dealership and would highly recommend anyone looking for a truck to go there. More

1st Time Buyer I took my 24 year old son to Tim’s because I knew they had a number of vehicles that would be of interest to him. Monica helped us and she was very fr I took my 24 year old son to Tim’s because I knew they had a number of vehicles that would be of interest to him. Monica helped us and she was very friendly and knowledgeable. We drove four vehicles and my son found a vehicle that he loves. The price was very fair and Alex & Monica helped us find a payment plan that worked with my son’s budget. My only criticism is that after declining various service agreements, a manager sat us in his office behind a closed door and aggressively tried to sell us a service agreement that we had already clearly stated we did not want. We reiterated this multiple times with this manager who continued to try to intimidate us into buying gap insurance and a service agreement. After about 15 minutes with this guy, i said again (for at least the fifth time), “we do not want any of these services.” He made us sign a form that we didn’t want these add-ons. Our experience with Monica and Alex was excellent and my son bought a really nice vehicle that he loves. I do think this particular manager needs to reassess his approach. He was aggressive and rude. The days of the hard sell are over...at least they should be. More

The whole experience was straightforward, everything from the way they scan your ID in the parking lot for test drive to final signature was efficient. As Roger was on the ground looking under the car Alex offered to put it on the lift and Matt graciously agreed and in 5 mins we were walking under the car. We’ve done a lot of car shopping over the years and this sincerely was the best experience EVER! We have already been passing the word to friends and family. Everyone was exceptional! It was like buying from friend. Oh and BTW the car we bought is awesome too, completely in love with it! More
