We have been dealing with Liberty Subaru for all of our cars and they treat me like family. My husband died 7 years ago and I am most comfortable as a woman buying and servicing my cars. I know Rick DeSilva as a fellow resident of Mahwah and he has personally greeted me if he is in the building. I have always used Jeff Miletta as my salesperson and he is always a pleasure to deal with. Service appointments are thorough and convenient. Feels like home! Exceptional car shopping Experience From the second we walked into the dealership it was a much different feeling than any other dealership we had been to, and yes, we had been to severa From the second we walked into the dealership it was a much different feeling than any other dealership we had been to, and yes, we had been to several dealerships before coming to Liberty Subaru. We weren't attacked as we walked in the door by a salesman desperate to make a sale no matter what. Our salesman Jeff Miletta was incredibly patient. Never did we feel any pressure to make a quick decision. Jeff understood that buying a car is a big decision. Even when we agreed to a particular model and spotted something different on the display floor that we hadn't previously seen Jeff's response was that absolutely we should check it out, he was a delight to work with. Even when we came to pick up our car, Jeff was incredibly patient showing us and explaining all the new features, and even assured us that if we had questions after driving it for a bit we could certainly call him with any questions. What a difference from most car salesmen. More
