As soon as my mother and I met Jeff ou I met Jeff Miletta through a recommendation from a friend who had purchased a Subaru in the Emerson dealership. As soon as my mother and I met Jeff our anxiousness of buying a new car had rapidly disappeared. Jeff made our car buying experience painless! His customer service was outstanding, he went through every detail of the car with us and explained everything that we needed to know when it came down to documents, car fax, and car functions. Like visiting with family I have been a car guy all my life and owned all the luxury brands you can think of over the years, and for the first time in 46 years of marriage I'm I have been a car guy all my life and owned all the luxury brands you can think of over the years, and for the first time in 46 years of marriage I'm not the first call if my wife has a car issue, or thinks she does, worth the price alone. We have been customers of Liberty Subaru since 2011 and recently purchased our second Outback, they tend to last. Our 2020 Outback Touring XT has checked every change I would have asked for. We loved our 2011 Outback and the new car is familiar but better in every way. Liberty Subaru has made every routine service visit a pleasant experience, and the car has performed beyond expectations. We were apprehensive at first, our first Subaru, for AWD we had Audi's and GMC Envoys so we leased but after a year we bought the Outback outright and have been happy with our purchases, and I just put a hundred miles on a friends Rolls Royce, feeling no car envy at all. The purchase of our new car was as pleasant as our service visits over the years, Jeff, Tom, and Danny are our car family. Friendly and competent We went here because we saw a tv commercial and were looking for a Subaru. Pluses: clean, friendly, knowledgeable, patient. The new car owners class was so helpful. Minuses: really hard to find parking on site, small selection of vehicles at the lot. We also had a problem getting our inspection sticker, but it finally came in the mail (which was nice that we didn't have to drive up there a second time just to get it). More
