I bought my first Ford Escape from Currie Motors back in 2005 and loved it. My sister purchased two Ford Escapes from Currie Motors over the past few years as well. When I decided to trade in my car, there was no question as to where I would look. We have had experience with Jeff O'Brien and found him to be very friendly and helpful. He remembered who we were and sat down to talk to us. We didn't feel like it was a battle getting them to come down on the price. They were also very fair with my trade-in. I had previously had my 2005 Escape appraised. When the offer came back less than my original appraisal, they immediately adjusted it. This was my first experience working with Dred, but I would recommend him as well. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. After purchasing my new Escape, I appreciate all the time he took to show me around the car. I could have eventually figured out the Bluetooth, but it was so convenient to have him set it up for me. I have no doubt that I made the right decision in Currie Motors. I'm sure I will always purchase my cars from them and I have already recommended them to others. More

I brought my 2009 Ford Flex in for service (Alex, Roberto and the other service team are great!) and I was considering the purchase of a new or used Flex. (love the Flex). Alex introduced me to Peter Porzio and the other service team are great!) and I was considering the purchase of a new or used Flex. (love the Flex). Alex introduced me to Peter Porzio and my great experience took off from there! The process was a little long, because they were really trying to work with in my budget and some of the requests I asked for in a new purchase. But, so happy to say I sincerely enjoyed the hospitality and the friendliness of the staff at Currie. Dan had some time to show me different vehicles and I was interested in a 2013 model. Peter took the time to research different models for me and even took time to speak with my brother long distance of why I needed certain options, including adding a extended warranty and a AWD vehicle. I travel a lot in my profession and need to have the security of a safe, dependable vehicle. My 2009 AWD Flex proved it was an amazing vehicle this winter and I wanted the same in my newer one. At one point I was still unsure about my financial obligation and Jason suggested I take the 2013 for the evening. I was truly happy I did. It made all the difference to me in understanding how safe I felt with all the great safety and hands-free options. I knew this during the test drive with Peter, but driving it on my own routes, made it solidify how comfortable I was. Jeff was helping with my budget and Jason made it work. Being solely responsible for my finances, I really appreciated the true effort of Peter, Jason and Ken in finance to give me all options with what I was comfortable with. I came back the next day to meet with Ken in finance. He really worked on getting me the best interest rate. Then he thoroughly explained everything to me and I had the keys in my hand! Because it was snowing, Peter and Dan both helped me transfer all of my belongings to my new Flex. Before I left, Peter helped explained some more of the options that I had and help me set up my phone, phone book and radio options. The team at Currie was really great! Thank you all! When first entering your dealership I felt very very anxious till I met Jeff and Pete and they assured me everything would be all right. Then he offered a test ride with Fusion loved that car too. Now I needed to make a decision Jeff came over asked how things were going . so we all talked about what would make the best choice for my needs. Pete said lets take both for another test ride, and thats when I decided Fusion was going to be by new Ride! Thank yoiu Jeff and Pete for your patience and guidance you guys are GREAT! Then on to finance very nervous again. Jeff said just relax everything will be alright he introduced me to Joe he made me feel so relaxed he was there to get the best financing and work with me what a releave he took time and explained everything to me and answered all my many questions, so patiently and assured him and Currie were there for me. I hadn't bought a car in 15 years! I can't THANK them enough Jeff, Pete and Joe for my wonderful experience, and I will tell everynone I know of my FABULOUS EXPERIENCE! First of all your grading system is insufficient for my commentary. Great is an inadequate term for the quality service and friendship exhibited by all of the aforementioned staff members. OUTSTANDING is more appropriate or ABOVE my expectations! Aaron Saif met us at the door with a warm and welcoming smile, opened the door and invited us in. He dealt extremely well will my cool and stand off demeanor (as I hate to be pressured) and worked at my pace answering numerous questions, bringing multiple vehicles and had the patience of a saint. Jeff O'Brien was the second person I met when we kept negotiating the price as I had my mind set what I was paying. When he was introduced as the Sales Manager/Rep I thought here we go, another quick talking high pressure spin doctor ! I could not have been more wrong. Jeff worked with my price and through considerable effort on his part we found a vehicle that fit my price and had what I wanted on it and not a lot of other extras that had no value to me. Dominick Venturella was the third person I met and again when introduced I was ready for high pressure and inflated extras. He could not have been more informative, patient and willing to try and get my price for the added items. He really does his job well and has a perfect demeanor for customer service. I felt like I was dealing with a good friend. Ken Gohmann was the last person I met on my day of purchase and what a great guy! He never flinched or hesitated when I commented on the paperwork, asked to make last minute changes and was easy going and very informative on what it was I was signing and what it meant. He took time out of his very busy day to make sure we were comfortable and felt good about our experience. Leo, the general manager; Jeff, the manager and Pete the sales rep as well as all the employees I had the pleasure of coming in contact with, made me feel as if I was the only customer in the store while, as busy as they were, made it possible through my observation to give the same individual service so graciously with ease. I myself, being in a position of upper management was extremely impressed with the way Leo, in particular, as well as Jeff managed to attend to everyone's needs, customers and employees with grace and ease.
