Very unfortunate experience, they lied on the service for what I asked for. Very bad response. They don’t even smile when the customer is waiting for long times . Today was my best experience to date. My car was pulled in back right away and within 30 we had a diagnosis and agreed to a plan. Best of all got my car back in about 3.5 hours.
