It was a pleasant experience to deal with Jack at Dean Team dealership. He made the experience painless. This is the 8th Subaru we have purchased so there was no need for a hard sell technique. We simply had to decide what we wanted on the vehicle. We did make it a little harder because we wanted a specific color. They found the car we wanted and in no time it was at the dealership. Everyone I have interacted with, from sales to service, has been so pleasant and helpful! From the beginning, Greg in sales was incredibly responsive. He answered messages really quickly, and even sent a video via email of the car (which was nice since we live 2 hours away). He answered all of my questions and helped set up a time that would work for me to come view the car. During the actual appointment, he was straightforward and understanding. He wasn’t pushy in the slightest! He even assisted me after my purchase in coordinating with service to get an appointment for equipment installation set up, and let me know when the parts came in. Jason in finance was very professional, and he patiently answered all my questions when I needed clarification on things. I didn’t think it was possible to have a painless car buying experience, but the team at Dean Subaru proved it is! We will definitely go back to them if we need to purchase another vehicle in the future! More
