The Dean Team was very professional. They gave me an accurate quote and had my service done 30 minutes faster than expected. I first met Annie in 2011 when a customer enraged abt the cost of needed repairs unloaded on her. Annie remained calm, professional, & courteous. She is not only truly knowledgeable about all the Subaru mode cost of needed repairs unloaded on her. Annie remained calm, professional, & courteous. Very unfortunate experience, they lied on the service for what I asked for. Very bad response. They don’t even smile when the customer is waiting for long times . I am a long standing on going customer of DeanTeam. I had to stop in unannounced for an oil change service. Annie always greets me with the warmest smile and checked me in promptly. Even though I didn’ I had to stop in unannounced for an oil change service. Annie always greets me with the warmest smile and checked me in promptly. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, Annie didn’t hesitate to service my vehicle. All done in the same day even though they were really busy servicing other clients she made sure I was taken care of, btw I own a GM product and bring it to them b/c the staff is trained to service every make and model. Thanks for the Great service! Keep it up TeamDean!!! More
